I've been taking two tablets several hours apart to support my immune system, and I notice I haven't gotten sick since starting them. The fact that they're odorless is a huge plus for me since I hate garlic burps. The enteric coating seems to do its job perfectly.

The enteric coating really works—I’ve taken these for a week with zero burping or garlic smell. They’re super easy to swallow, and I’ve noticed less winter sniffles. Just wish the bottle lasted longer at two tablets a day.

I was worried about the garlic aftertaste, but taking the tablets several hours apart as suggested really helps. It's great knowing I'm getting 5500 mcg of allicin without any odor.
