سترات الكالسيوم

I’ve been taking this calcium citrate for a few weeks and it’s the first one that doesn’t leave me bloated or uncomfortable. The 300 mg per capsule is easy to swallow, and I appreciate that it’s certified gluten-free.

After trying several calcium supplements that left me feeling heavy, this one goes down smoothly with no aftertaste at all. I really appreciate that it's certified gluten-free and vegan, which fits my diet perfectly.

I was worried about stomach upset, but this calcium citrate is genuinely gentle and the 300 mg per capsule makes it easy to adjust my dose. My morning routine feels complete now that I take it with breakfast.
