Calcium + Vitamin D3

My doctor recommended I add more vitamin D3 during the winter months, so these fit perfectly. The 1000 IU dose in one softgel is convenient, and I’ve noticed my energy feels steadier.

Been taking these since my last pregnancy and my blood work shows my vitamin D levels are finally in the normal range. The added MCT oil is a nice bonus for absorption.

Finally, a calcium supplement that doesn't upset my stomach—the organic MCT oil must be why. I feel better knowing I'm getting 1250 mg of natural calcium plus 1000 IU of vitamin D3 for my bones. This has been a solid addition to my morning routine, especially since it's pregnancy safe.
