Omega-3

I was pleasantly surprised that these are soy-free since I have a sensitivity, and the 500 mg of omega-3 per softgel packs a solid punch without being too big to swallow.

I’ve been taking these for a few weeks and love that they’re from wild-caught fish with no soy, which was hard to find. The 500 mg of omega-3 per softgel means I only need one a day to feel the difference.

I was worried about the aftertaste, but these softgels are surprisingly easy to take. The 500 mg omega-3 per capsule means I only need one a day, and knowing they're from wild-caught fish makes me feel good about it.
