Vegan Vitamin K2 as MK-7

I started taking this MK-7 for my bone density, and the oil-based delivery with MCT oil absorbs so much better than the dry tablets I tried before. My bloodwork after three months shows improvement, and the single capsule a day is easy to remember.

I’ve been taking one drop a day with breakfast, and the 100 mcg dose is easy to manage thanks to the oil-based dropper. The 120-day supply means I don’t have to reorder constantly, and it’s been a solid addition to my bone health routine.

The 100 mcg of MK-7 in organic MCT oil is exactly what I was after, and the 120-day supply means I won't be reordering for months. My joints feel less creaky in the morning, and I like that it's third-party tested so I don't have to worry about what's inside.
