速溶メラトニン

I wasn’t sure about a sublingual melatonin, but the natural strawberry flavor is really pleasant and it dissolves completely in under a minute. I’ve been falling asleep faster and waking up feeling more refreshed without any grogginess.

These dissolve under the tongue in about a minute, which is exactly what I need at 2am. I've been sleeping through the night for the first time in months, and the fact that there's no sugar or fake sweetener is a huge plus.

The strawberry flavor is subtle and natural, not fake-tasting at all. I hold it under my tongue and it dissolves completely in about 30 seconds, which is perfect for my nighttime routine. Really helps me drift off without feeling groggy.
