スーパーKコンプレックス

I’ve been taking this for a few weeks and noticed a real difference in how my joints feel, plus the 2,000 mcg of K1 along with both MK-4 and MK-7 makes it a solid all-in-one. The capsules are vegan too, which was a big deal for me.

The combination of MK-4 and MK-7 in these capsules gives me confidence I’m covering both short and long-term vitamin K needs. After checking my blood work, my calcium levels are staying where they should, which is exactly what I wanted for bone support. I appreciate that it’s vegan, too.

I’ve been taking this for a few weeks and already notice my joints feel less achy in the morning. The inclusion of both K1 and K2 in one capsule made switching from separate supplements really convenient.
