ターメリック＆ガーリック＋ジンジャー

I was skeptical about another supplement, but the 1550 mg of turmeric with the added garlic and ginger makes this a solid daily routine. Three capsules a day and I actually feel less puffy and more energized by mid-afternoon. It's vegan and non-GMO, which sealed the deal for me.

My knees stopped aching by week two, and the 500mg of garlic powder means I don’t even need to chew fresh cloves anymore. The capsules are easy to swallow, and a 40-day supply actually lasts me the full month and a half.

After a month on this, the 1550mg turmeric root really helps with my knee stiffness that used to slow me down in the morning. I also appreciate that it's vegan and non-GMO.
