Mariadistel

Dandelion root was a nice bonus I wasn't expecting; my digestion feels smoother after just a week. The capsule is small and easy to swallow, which makes it simple to stick with daily.

I’ve been taking this for about three weeks now, and the single capsule a day is so easy to remember—no giant pills to choke down. The fact that it’s vegan and gluten-free means I don’t have to second-guess what’s in it, and I feel like my digestion has been steadier since starting.

The dandelion root addition is a smart touch—feels like a more complete liver-kidney combo than plain silymarin. One small capsule is easy to swallow, and being vegan and gluten-free makes it a no-brainer for my daily routine.
