Violet ★★★★★

I’ve been taking this for two months now and my bone density scan actually improved at my last checkup. The 500 mg citrate form is easy to swallow and I like that it’s vegan and gluten-free, which fits my diet. No stomach issues at all, even on an empty stomach.

Emma A. ★★★★★

I’m 50 and my doctor flagged my bone density, so I switched to this citrate formula—the 500 mg tablets are small enough to swallow without a struggle. Been taking them for a month with no stomach issues, which was my main worry, and the vegan certification was a bonus.

Steven ★★★★★

My stomach is usually picky with calcium supplements, but these 500 mg citrate tablets go down without any of that heavy, chalky feeling. I’ve been taking them daily for a few weeks now and appreciate that they’re gluten-free, since I have to watch that closely.
