一水肌酸錠

I've been taking these capsules for a month and the 2.5-gram serving size per two pills is perfect for my post-workout routine. The micronized powder seems to dissolve quickly, and I've noticed less soreness after heavy lifting.

Finally, a creatine pill that doesn't feel like I'm choking down a handful of chalk; the 2.5 grams in just two capsules is so convenient for my pre-workout routine, and micronized means no bloat.

I've been using these for about three weeks now and the 2.5 gram per serving in just two pills makes it easy to stick with. Definitely notice my recovery is better after lifting sessions and no bloating that I used to get from powders.
