吡啶甲酸鋅

I was pleasantly surprised that these 30 mg capsules are vegan-friendly—a rare find in zinc supplements. After a month of taking one daily, I feel my usual seasonal sniffles might be less bothersome. The bottle’s 120-count size means I won’t need to reorder for months.

I've been taking one capsule daily for a few weeks now and noticed my energy feels more stable, which is exactly what I needed. The 30 mg dose is just right and that 120-count bottle means I won't run out for months.

The 120-count bottle lasts a long time with one capsule daily, and the vegan formula was a nice surprise since I avoid gelatin. My energy levels feel more stable throughout the day now.
