The mini capsules are genuinely easy to swallow, which was my main concern with magnesium supplements. I notice my muscles feel less sore the day after a tough workout, and it’s helped with evening relaxation too.

I’ve been taking these before workouts and the relaxation effect is noticeable without making me drowsy. The 600 mg magnesium taurate with 120 mg elemental magnesium feels like a well-measured dose.

These mini capsules are super easy to swallow, which was a pleasant surprise for a magnesium supplement. I’ve noticed better muscle recovery after my workouts and a calmer feeling overall.
