مغنيسيوم ثلاثي الهدوء

The 150 mg of magnesium per serving is spot-on for me — I take it at night and notice my muscles feel looser the next morning. It's been a solid addition to my evening routine without any stomach issues.

Woke up feeling genuinely rested after two weeks of taking this, and the muscle twitching I had at night has almost completely stopped. Getting 150mg from three different magnesium forms seems to make a real difference for how my body handles stress.

After struggling with restless legs at night, this blend with the three different magnesium forms seems to target the issue better than just one type. My muscles feel noticeably calmer within about thirty minutes of taking it.
