مركب المغنيسيوم الثلاثي

The fact that it’s fully chelated makes a real difference—no more of that heavy, upset stomach feeling I get with other magnesium pills. Six weeks in, my leg cramps at night have basically disappeared, and I’m sleeping through till my alarm.

I’ve been taking these after dinner and my muscle soreness from workouts has noticeably decreased. The 300 mg chelated version is gentle on my stomach, which was my main worry with other magnesium supplements.

I started taking these for my sleep and within a few nights I noticed I was falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer. The chelated magnesium is gentle on my stomach, which is a huge plus for me.
